I love to help organizations and executive teams to improve leadership skills, implement change dynamics, accompany leadership development programs. After more than 20 years of experience as a leader and other positions of responsibility at Arthur Andersen / Spain, Filassistance International (CNP Assurances Group) in France - to name but a few - I can say that I have always being interested in team motivation. In 2013, I decided to share my experience with, working as a leadership consultant, change manager and people developer. I support organizations, leaders and employees in different areas, such as Management, Leadership, Change Management, Communication.
To me it is essential to share tools and techniques I acquired over the years as a leader - to ultimately make others thrive and become the best version of themselves. These techniques allow me to support leaders and their teams when it comes to constructively expressing their needs, challenges and tap into their resources in order to gain efficiency.
I am passionate about my job and consider myself lucky as it allows me to honor my values of sharing, developing great people, excellence and putting things into action. My clients say they appreciate my dynamism, my expertise in the field and the quick understanding of their needs, which allows them to act effectively. Moreover, I consider myself a partner who lives up to support my clients to inspire people and organizations to do the best work of their lives.
